Branch is seeking a goal-oriented, data-driven Demand Generation leader to lead a team responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of all B2B demand generation, nurturing, customer referral, and paid programs. We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B Growth Marketing, and the ability to build effective, efficient demand-generating systems from a deep understanding of the employer decision journey.


What you’ll do:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of demand-generating (top of funnel) and deal-accelerating (mid-to-bottom of funnel) campaigns that narrowly target the decision-making team at accounts representing the best revenue opportunity.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Branch’s audience segments and needs at different stages
  • Collaborate with other Marketers, Customer Success, Product, and, most of all, Sales
  • Design funnel KPIs and implement analytics, track and report on metrics, and make recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Oversee budgets and track spending to understand and improve customer acquisition costs.


We’re looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Track record of building both successful demand generation and ABM programs
  • Proficiency with B2B marketing technology such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Ads
  • Experience tracking full-funnel marketing metrics, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
  • Adept at analyzing campaign data to determine program effectiveness
  • Knowledge of payments industry is a plus
  • Experience in a B2B2C business model is a plus
