THE OPPORTUNITY 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Webflow development, including integrations with marketing/SEO/sales tools such as Hubspot, CRM systems, etc.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and UI/UX know-how
  • Knowledgeable with SEO and B2B marketing design on websites is highly preferred
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvements
  • Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus

About the Role

As a Webflow Designer, you will help the Marketing Team in designing and optimizing the user experience in the Hive external-facing website. This is an unique opportunity to help a mission-driven organization increase its impact by enabling us to best represent and communicate our services and offerings to the world. 

As a Webflow Designer, your areas of responsibilities include:

  • Implement updates to Hive Health’s external website by creating a website design that is visually appealing, user-friendly, and compatible with various devices and screen sizes
  • Recommend and execute the Content Management System (CMS) setup of the website, including setting up embedded SEO elements
  • Illustrate design solutions through storyboards, user flows, wireframes and mockups while staying consistent across all web pages with the brand identity
  • Suggest and implement improvements to current UI/UX based on design best practices
