We are seeking a talented and creative House of Brands Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across our diverse portfolio of brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each brand's visual representation aligns with its unique identity and resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Design:

    • Develop and maintain brand identities for our portfolio of brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with each brand's values and target audience.
    • Create visual design concepts, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery, that reflect the essence of each brand.
    • Produce high-quality brand guidelines that clearly communicate the visual standards and elements for each brand.
  2. Creative Direction:

    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to provide design direction and ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas to support brand campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Brand Asset Management:

    • Manage and organize brand assets, including logos, templates, and design files, to facilitate easy access and consistency across various teams.
    • Update and maintain brand assets as needed to reflect evolving brand strategies and market trends.
  4. Research and Analysis:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand their design needs and deliver solutions.
