Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to provide expert-level support for existing
applications and contribute to new implementations. This role demands strong ABAP coding skills,
debugging expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.

What you’ll be working on

Key Responsibilities and Duties:


As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, enhancing, troubleshooting, and maintaining ABAP customizations for SAP applications.
  • Collaborating on project-based development and providing day-to-day support for existing 
    applications.
  • Working with core SAP ERP applications, including SAP ECC version 6.0, encompassing modules such as FI, CO, SD, PS, and MM.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Sales Order, Billing Request, and Billing processes.
  • Integrating with related SAP and non-SAP systems, including RAR, Concur, Salesforce, 
    SuccessFactors, and Certinia (formerly FinancialForce).

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective task prioritization in high-pressure environments.
  • Upholding strict confidentiality standards.

You should have expertise in the following technical areas:

  • ALE/IDOCs
  • Web services/RFCs/Proxy
  • Conversions & Interfaces, Module Pool Programming
  • BADI (Business Add-Ins)
  • User-exits/Customer-exits
  • Implicit & Explicit Enhancements
  • BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface)
  • Adobe Forms
  • ALV (ABAP List Viewer) reporting
  • SAP Workflow
  • LSMW/BDC (Batch Data Communication)
  • Dialog programming
  • Data Dictionary, Search help, lock object, etc.
  • Validations & Substitutions
  • Business transactions and Events (BTE)
  • RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) Revenue Allocations
  • Knowledge of S4 HANA
