Requirements

Qualifications: 

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.  

  1. Experience: 

  • 5+ years of experience in systems development, with a strong emphasis on ETL/ELT processes. 

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing ML/AI models and other data-driven solutions. 

  • Familiarity with integrated business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, WFM, and others. 

  1. Technical Proficiencies: 

  • Mastery in languages like Python, R, or Julia. 

  • Familiarity with C++, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby is beneficial. 

  • Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent. 

  • Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. 

  • Experience using version control and DevOps tools like Git, Github, Jira, or similar. 

  1. Soft Skills: 

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and think outside the box. 

  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

This position is tailored for an expert who thrives in both ETL/ELT processes and business application design and is equally passionate about harnessing data to innovate and solve intricate business challenges. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Research and Innovation: 

  • Drive innovation by researching new methodologies and technologies to enhance our system's capabilities and performance. 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge solutions into our existing systems. 

  1. Technical Systems Development: 

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT processes, ensuring efficient and accurate data integration. 

  • Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of integrated business systems such as ERP, CRM, WFM, HRIS, and others. 

  1. Data Science & AI/ML Modeling: 

  • Harness the power of data, designing and implementing machine learning and AI models that address complex business challenges. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure models align with business objectives and drive desired outcomes. 

  1. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: 

  • Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the robustness and accuracy of systems and models. 

  • Lead initiatives to continuously refine and improve our technical processes and solutions. 

  1. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: 

  • Share insights and findings from research initiatives with the broader team, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
