What you’ll be working on
We are looking to hire a well-rounded full-stack engineer to join our growing team at Tellimer. This exciting opportunity will appeal to engineers who would like to own entire areas of our application from front to back, working closely with our product and design team and tech lead to build, ship, and support new features to our market-leading emerging markets research, data and news platform. You’ll be working directly on features that our customers use every day to help them make better investment and risk decisions around the world.
Our application is built using TypeScript, SvelteKit & Tailwind and is deployed on AWS and Vercel, so you’ll be using the latest tools in web development alongside a team that values performance, maintainability and stability alongside experimentation. Because some of these frameworks are at the beginning of their adoption curve we don’t expect you to have experience with all of them, but an eagerness to continually learn is an essential skill that the successful candidate will possess. You should, however, be familiar with modern javascript and CSS frameworks and design tools like Figma. As you’ll need to own the application in production, experience with AWS is highly preferred.
Tellimer has a hybrid WFH/onsite working policy so we’d expect candidates to be able to commute to our London office a few days a week to collaborate with the team.
