Requirements
Looking for candidates that are interested in converting to FTE after about 6 months
- Experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, etc.
- Experience with Product Analysis tools such as FullStory, Amplitude, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce product management or a related role, with a track record of delivering successful product initiatives
- The ability to combine user-centered qualitative research and deep quantitative analysis.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including conversion optimization, user experience, and merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
What you’ll be working on
· Develop and execute the ecommerce product strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall company objectives.
· Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, data analysis, and market trends.
· Drive product development and delivery in an agile environment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
· Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ecommerce platform and ensure product initiatives are driving business outcomes.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute ecommerce promotions and campaigns.
· Identify and evaluate new ecommerce opportunities, technologies, and partnership to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
