Requirements
Duties:
- Own marketing operations for both paid and product marketing for DocSend including program builds, QA, and launch
- Collaborate with both DocSend Paid and Product Marketing teams to strategize on new initiatives and execute on them
- Be a subject matter expert for all things Marketo and marketing automation related
- Create documentation of existing/new programs and flows
- Work with the marketing analytics team to ensure data is being properly tracked, captured, and reported and provide feedback on any necessary improvements
What you’ll be working on
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years in a marketing operations, marketing solutions architect, or marketing technologist role.
- 3 years minimum of Marketo experience required; HubSpot experience is welcome but not required.
- Proficiency with Salesforce required.
- Experience working with Zapier, Workato, Intercom, and MadKudu a huge plus.
- Proven experience in email campaign management and optimization.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
