THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

Must haves:

  • Flutter, .NET

  • Experience as a professional software engineer and full-stack developer.

  • Deep understanding of the need for a simple and intuitive user experience for our highly diverse user group, and the ability to translate that into our product.

  • Experience managing and collaborating with in-house, remote, and external development teams.

  • A can-do and hands-on attitude. Not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

  • Valid European residency. Unfortunately (for us) at our current stage, we’re not able to provide sponsorships.

Nice to haves:

  • Good understanding of AWS. 

  • Deep appreciation and value for code quality.

  • Attention to detail, an eye for good design, and usability.

  • Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products.

  • Experience building digital health products.

  • Experience and interest in building a product with the needs of multiple users and stakeholders in mind (care receivers, family caregivers, and healthcare teams).

  • Strong execution, product management, or leadership experience in fast-growing start-ups or scale-ups.

  • Our client is laying the groundwork to become the leading provider of digital palliative care in the home setting. We’re starting with an app that brings (chosen) families together to better care for their loved ones and manage their core fundamental needs - care planning, symptom monitoring, and up-skilling.
