Responsibilities:
- Documentation of project progress as per project management best practices (meeting minutes, project plan updates, weekly status reports).
- Technical solution validation via customer workshops and technical configuration within our platform.
- Successful technical solution delivery to the customers.
- Management of solution gaps and customer expectations.
- Gather and assess customer requirements versus technology and capabilities.
- Resolve technical issues related to implementation.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, training and customer go live.
- Manage transition of customer to Customer Success and Technical Support teams post go live.
- Understand customers’ needs and work with the internal team to advise customers on how to best leverage implemented technology and services to achieve their goals.
What you’ll be working on
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Organized and detail oriented, able to collaborate effectively to get things done while providing an excellent customer experience in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. A highly customer-centric, responsive and proactive approach is required.
- Experience in a client facing role, preferably at a SaaS, IT or consulting company.
- Demonstrated client empathy; ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Ability to understand and communicate high level technical concepts related to software configuration and platform integration.
- Ability to effectively work on multiple projects at the same time.
Additional Information:
- This will be a part time role requiring 10-30hrs per week.
- Although the position is fully remote, we would prefer the candidate to be based in the UK (ideally) or Europe at the very least.
- The initial engagement will be for 6 months, with the potential to be extended for many years if the profile is suitable.
