The Director level Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for building and scaling the marketing function of this division, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing, a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and experience working in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a direct-to-consumer healthcare or wellness company
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid social, display, search, email, and content marketing
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions, and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of growth marketers
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA regulations, preferred

What you’ll be working on

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale the marketing function, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid social, display, search, email, and content marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data analytics, and sales to optimize the customer journey and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and develop new marketing channels and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Grow and lead a nimble team of marketers, setting goals and providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all marketing activities
