About Us: At Bevalty, we are pioneering the alcoholic beverage industry with a new, digital loyalty rewards program. Our goal is to help brands build compelling loyalty programs that facilitate direct and rewarding relationships with their consumers (never been done before at scale) and to achieve that, we are building our product from the ground up. The company will scale through a SaaS model (B2B) and get consumer distribution through brand relationships (B2B2C), making it a uniquely scalable business, compared to pure D2C.
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, has some experience in building blockchain token-based offerings, understands the unique challenges and opportunities of a fresh code base, and has a proven track record of directly managing engineers.
Position Overview: The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while closely collaborating with engineers to bring our innovative ideas to life. This position will work closely with our senior product full-stack engineer, and founder/CEO on building the v1 platform of Bevalty. We are open to contract or full-time depending on your needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Vision and Strategy: Define, articulate, and execute a clear product vision and strategy in line with our company's goals and objectives.

Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Engineering Collaboration: Directly manage and work alongside the engineering team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, monitoring, and iteration.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product-market fit and holistic success.

User-Centered Design: Lead user research initiatives and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve the product.

Technical Decision Making: Provide input on architectural and technological decisions, balancing long-term vision with short-term constraints.

KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on product performance metrics, utilizing data to inform decisions and iterations.
What you’ll be working on
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or experiential equivalent in Computer Science / software engineering

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups.

Experience managing a fresh code base and directly supervising engineers.

Strong understanding of modern software development practices and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into actionable strategies.

Hands-on experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.

Understanding of blockchain technology / tokens
