Requirements
Looking for candidates that would like to convert to FTE after about 6 months
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web content design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design practices.
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and composition.
- Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail, delivering designs that are both visually appealing and functional.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be working on
Design and create visually compelling web content, including website layouts, landing pages, banners, icons, and other digital assets.
Collaborate with the marketing team, UX designers, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Ensure consistent visual branding across all digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Optimize web graphics for performance and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user needs and preferences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver designs that align with business objectives.
Maintain an organized file management system to facilitate easy access and retrieval of design assets.
