The main function of a Campaign Specialist is to ensure marketing campaigns are executed correctly and error free. A typical campaign specialist is responsible for creating marketing and advertising plans and monitoring advertising programs across various channels
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the work of internal and external agencies.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.

Skills:

  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic and organizational planning skills.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, HTML,
    Photoshop.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent
    experience/training required.
  • 5-7 years related experience required.

What you’ll be working on

Surrounding team:

Supporting customer lifecycle strategist/demand generation. Team has about 8-10 people, the large team has 75 people.

 

Key project needs:

Supporting demand generation campaigns and programing, potentially on both small medium businesses (ecommerce), enterprise programing. Creating ticketing and optimizing programs in different marketing channels (paid, email content syndication).

 

Skills Needed:

  • Excel, be able to pick up working in new software (jira, confluence), and
    be able to manage zoom, loom, slack, and email.
  • Collaborate with others and open to ideas and opinions, sense of urgency,
    and self-starter.
  • Campaign management with marketing channels
