- You can develop emails in HTML and CSS
- You are highly experienced in Iterable
- You are comfortable with Iterable Handlebars, especially complex, in-template content logic
- You're a drag-and-drop email sorcerer (like you're really good at this)
- You rock at setting up segments and workflow logic
- You know how to create custom email templates and scalable systems
- You are highly skilled at email journey building
- You know how to export the right assets out of a Figma file, even when the designers didn’t organize it well
- You have an eye for detail (is that font color #000000 or a really dark blue?)
- You QA test emails before sending them to for client approval because that back-and-forth is no fun
- Bonus: You have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

What you’ll be working on
The Iterable Email Developer role at Modular is a dynamic position that carries considerable responsibility and has a big impact on Modular’s clients. Your primary objective will be to develop messages, templates, journeys, segments, and other production assets across multiple brand accounts. This requires an intimate knowledge of the Iterable platform, and you will be ultimately responsible for delivering production assets in a timely manner. You are process-oriented, pay attention to detail, and you have a passion for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and Develop messages and templates in Iterable marketing platform
- Create lists and segments using user data fields and custom event history
- Build automated journeys based on outlines provided to you
- Attend and participate in SCRUM ceremonies
