Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an AWS Architect or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and serverless computing, with a strong focus on AWS Lambda functions.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Serverless Framework.
  • Strong understanding of AWS networking, security, and IAM.
  • Ability to design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable AWS solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bonus: You have business knowledge. Specifically with P & L and income statements.

What you’ll be working on

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Architect with a deep understanding of AWS services and serverless computing. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to architect, design, and implement scalable and cost-effective AWS solutions, with a particular focus on AWS Lambda functions and serverless architecture.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical AWS solutions.
  • Architect, design, and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CloudFormation.
  • Optimize existing AWS architectures & implement subsequent changes for cost, performance, and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AWS-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices.
  • Document architectural designs, configurations, and deployment procedures.
