Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (psychology, marketing, UX design).
- 1+ year of experience in a customer success or account management role in a tech or academic-focused environments.
- Experience in software development or mobile app development preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed; client services experience is preferred.
- Have a strong sense of design; UX design experience preferred.
- Passion for open science and creating high-impact scalable solutions.
- Thrive in dynamic environments, juggling multiple projects and stakeholders.

What you’ll be working on
This 2-year position will help CMI, through its partnership with California’s Department of Health Care Services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners and build strong relationships to ensure their success with our products.
- Work closely with our partners to design customized content for our products.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and their technical capabilities, as well as the UX design principles that guide the products.
- Collaborate with internal product and partnership teams to ensure that the partners’ needs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal and external teams to design tailored technical solutions for strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze client metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and potential risks.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure that their goals are being met and to identify new opportunities.
The Child Mind Institute (CMI) is seeking a driven and creative Content Designer to work with our partners to ensure their success with our products and identify opportunities for growth. This 2-year position will help CMI, through its partnership with California’s Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), enable collaborations with researchers, clinicians, partners and prospective customers to bring innovative digital solutions to children and youth with mental health and learning disorders.
The Content Designer will bring a strong sense of design with an ability to identify user experience requirements from customers’ project descriptions, suggest possible alternatives to user experience, and map requirements to current and projected technical and user experience capabilities. You will work closely with our clinical team and customers to design their content. The primary platform for content design will be in MindLogger, a platform that empowers clinicians, researchers, and educators to digitally deliver mental health assessments and interventions for children, teens, and young adults. This position requires engagement with our product and strategic partnerships teams and is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
