SALARY: 10 000 - 13 000 PLN gross monthly (employment contract)

The People & Culture team is looking for an HR Business Partner to bring their expertise and passion to our team.  You will be a strategic partner to our leaders and managers in all things related to People & Culture. You will be developing, enacting, and monitoring various HR projects aimed at improving our processes and strengthening our culture. You will advise and support our employees through the whole Brainly employee lifecycle.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with our teams and managers to constantly improve employee engagement, performance, and productivity
  • Advise, mentor, and coach our employees and leaders on topics related to People & Culture at Brainly
  • Proactively identify the needs of the teams, managers, and the organization and provide suggestions and solutions 
  • Initiate, implement and improve programs supporting the team’s business objectives
  • Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, talent and performance management processes, career-pathing, and succession planning in the teams
  • Address employees’ and managers’ grievances and concerns 
  • Support recruitment processes where needed 
  • Ensure compliance with Polish legislation and internal policies

 

What you’ll need:

Experience

  • 3+ years of HR BP experience in an international tech company
  • BA/MA in psychology, human resources, or organizational development
  • Experience working in a global environment within a dispersed team
  • Experience in supporting teams in the international environment
  • Experience in implementing various HR company-wide programs/projects
  • Extensive experience in human resources management, including employee evaluations, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution 
  • Change management experience
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders from all levels of the organization
  • Experience in aligning strategic HR projects with business goals
  • Experience working in a rapidly-growing tech company/scale-up/startup (considered an asset)
