The Product Teams at Brainly are working on some of the most complex technical challenges in the ed-tech space and creating the product for over 350 million students from all around the world. We focus on building the infrastructure and features that enable Brainly users to learn and collaborate, ask, and answer millions of questions every day. As a Data Analyst, you will work with a fully independent product team which includes: developers, Bi analysts, product designers, QA. You will take full responsibility for your product area from conception to completion creating valuable and engaging products. All of the features that we are releasing are under the A/B/n test, so you're gonna see how your work impacts students and the company in practice. You’ll work with the newest technology stack (Google Analytics 360, Google Optimize, Tableau, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and with Scrum values.

About the team

The first new project which is being developed in the Structured Content area is Textbook solutions. In this project, the questions from the textbooks are digitized, answered by the team of experts, and uploaded to the database via self-written CMS. In our web product and on mobile apps it creates a new type of user journey - navigating students from a library of uploaded books to a particular book and exercises within this book. You will be working on optimization of the whole journey, both in terms of the book upload - increasing the speed and the quality of content creation, and end-users experience - increasing the engagement and student satisfaction. As a team - you will be also responsible for the implementation of the new content type on Brainly - video answers, creating an efficient way of content upload and content presentation on web product and mobile apps. 



  • Define the Textbook project KPIs and measurements, create reports and dashboards
  • Analyze user flows and propose improvements
  • Design and analyze A/B tests
  • Working as a part of an agile product development team on a day-to-day basis (take part in stand-ups, brainstorming sessions, planning and backlog refinements)




  • Required
    • 1-2 years of experience in digital analytics
  • Preferred
    • Experience in mobile app analyses 
    • Experience in market research or user testing

Skills and systems:

  • Required:
    • Working knowledge of SQL 
    • Experience in AB testing or statistics background
    • Good Google Sheets/Excel skills
    • Experience in Google Analytics and/or Firebase
  • Preferred:
    • Google BigQuery
    • Tableau or other data visualization tool
    • Python experience is a plus


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English (in speaking and writing) - C1 level
  • Analytical skills: drawing conclusions from data and proposing recommendations
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
  • Demonstrates independent thinking when evaluating critical information to reach conclusions
  • Flexibility (being able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions)



Budget: 7 000 - 11 000 pln gross monthly (employment contract)
