Conversion Analyst, CRO

We’re looking for a CRO Analyst to support the CRO function at Brainlabs.

This role is pivotal in helping us identify optimisation opportunities for our clients, and being the go-to within a cross functional to generate an in-depth understanding of the customer that fuels digital growth. 

 

What you do:

  • Raise the bar of our analysis techniques leveraging your knowledge of all industry leading analytics tools and DXPs (GA4, Adobe Analytics) 
  • Responsible for creating a suite of dashboards that allow us to report on experiment results and wider digital performance 
  • Conduct comprehensive and investigative analysis that uncover opportunities to optimise for 
  • Collaborate with all subject matter experts within CRO to validate hypotheses and ensure that we are focused on the biggest opportunities that exist within the site experience.  
  • Management of one junior analyst
  • Monitor the ROI of experimentation programmes  
  • Support with pitches and pursue opportunities to expand relationships with existing client
  • Constantly be looking at ways to generate practice efficiencies so that we can innovate faster 

 

Who you are

You are a true advocate for creating a culture of experimentation and understand that the benefits for organisations that embrace optimisation extend far beyond revenue. You are incredibly inquisitive and have a drive to solve problems for clients and their customers and use data to do so.
