Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and work on developing advanced models for marketing optimization and customer insights. You will focus on applying Bayesian Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) to drive business growth. We’re specifically seeking individuals with a strong open-source tooling background—those with experience in proprietary MMM platforms should refrain from applying.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Bayesian MMM and GLMs to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize spend.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to translate business challenges into scalable ML solutions.
• Build and deploy machine learning models using Docker, Flask, and APIs for seamless integration.
• Work on data pipelines and model deployments using open-source tools and cloud environments.
• Clean and preprocess large datasets to train models and gain deeper customer insights.

Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, open-source machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyMC3, TensorFlow).
• Experience with Bayesian methods, particularly in marketing or resource allocation contexts.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, APIs, and Flask applications.
• Ability to communicate complex models and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Skills: • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Exposure to automated CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics or MMM-specific use cases.
