What will I be doing?
Blueprint is looking for a Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Support and establish a process for complex product launch strategies that include establishing deep, long-term customer relationships for feature adoption programs in partnership with internal go-to-market and engineering teams; Supporting activities include developing customer-facing collateral, coordinating customer and internal discussions, and granular tracking of recruitment and program execution communications/activities at the individual customer level
Create and maintain schedule and content for formal internal- facing communication mediums by coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders for content
Other support functions as necessary; may include collation and dissemination of customer product feedback, maintaining support ticket tracking and reporting on trends, or providing research support for internal teams as necessary
5+ years of program management experience.
Direct experience with program development and maintenance, complex data management, and strong expertise in customer-facing collateral development (e.g., pitch decks, FAQs, etc.) and core Office Apps (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) required.
Ability to interact with peers and stakeholders to drive product and business impact.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
