Blueprint is currently looking for a Portuguese Speaking Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S) Deployment Engineer to work out of our office in Dallas, Texas.

Our team is looking for thoughtful, analytical, and high energy candidates who will be responsible for delivering Deployment support services. The Deployment Engineer role will be responsible for the technical aspects of onboarding customers and partners which includes providing proactive guidance and remediation assistance. As the Deployment Engineer for this business you will drive the technical execution and provide automation improvements to maintain customer and partner satisfaction throughout all the phases of their project. You are responsible to deliver the customer On-Boarding Experience for services while utilizing the company’s IP and assets across partners, services engineering and support teams, the field sales organizations and business groups. The Deployment Engineer role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the teams to deliver expected customer and business results.
- Execute, manage and lead a set of web-based computing system customers and partners thru the Onboarding technical process.
- Proven history of demonstrated technical skills and leadership
- Assist with customers and partners with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology
- Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement feedback for web-based computing system Onboarding and entire deployment cycle.
- Develop, foster and maintain effective customer and partner relationships maintaining CSAT
- Be responsive to customer needs.
- Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise Services\Support and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Previous MDM Experience
- SCCM Experience

You will have strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and establish priorities across various customers, partners, senior executives, and organizational boundaries. The successful candidate will be a team player and collaborator with excellent follow up and documentation skills. Our team is made up of self-driven engaging individuals with a proven history of demonstrated technical skills and leadership. Ability to determine root cause of technical issues either on own or in a collaborative scenario. This job requires that we have excellent collaborate skills; we do not work independently, but rather, as a team. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary paired with knowledge of cloud-based technologies. Must be able to manage time effectively and accurately maintain a weekly schedule of customer engagements. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and open to change while striving for clarity to drive positive business impact.
