We are looking to fill multiple positions on the Escalated Team. These agents would be responsible for solving escalated user issues by using problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- 1 Portuguese Billing T3 Agent
- 1 Polish Billing T3 Agent
- 2 Chinese Accounts Agents
- 1 Russian Accounts Agent
- 2 English Tech Agents
Qualifications listed below:
• The candidates must want to be a part of this team
• The agent must be able to support one of the languages listed (Portuguese, Polish, Chinese, Russian, English).
• The candidate must be fully trained and working in all Tier 2 categories
• The candidate should not have attendance issues as our queue’s need all hands-on deck all the time.
• The candidate needs to be able to communicate professionally and posses good judgement. Escalated Agents are in constant communication with the client and must represent the Team accordingly.
• The candidate must be able work with their peers, utilizing different sources to solve a complex issue.
• Potential candidate will need to be open to a possible schedule change.
• Must obtain critical thinking skills, problem solving abilities, and have the ability to concentrate on a complex issue for whatever time is necessary to make the right conclusions.
