At Box, we're looking for a mix of the creative and the analytical - someone to bring in new ideas to help us engage our key personas. Box is hiring a Campaigns Marketing Manager who will report to Angelika Karasinka-Marlow, EMEA head of performance marketing

 

What you will do:

  • Conceptualise, develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers to meet pipeline targets for the small to medium size business (SMB) segment.

  • Working alongside the Campaigns Team, stay informed on the global campaigns, and collaborate with EMEA Field Marketing Managers to localise them into impactful local programs.

  • Thoroughly understand the motivations of the SMB audience and tailor campaign messaging that will resonate and grow traction with the market.

  • Identify and prioritise content gaps and manage additional work with external EMEA agency and vendors on ebooks, webinars, thought leadership articles, promotional assets, and more.

  • Ensure all campaign activity supports the key business objectives by devising key metrics and tracking impact through reporting on appropriate KPIs.

  • Ensure the right messaging is implemented across all regional marketing activity and support regional teams with production of event decks, promotional materials, and more.

  • Keep the regional marketing and sales teams updated on all campaign activity through regular updates.

 

Who you are:

  • A strong campaign marketer with rich experience in content marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, offline tactics and digital marketing.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills to influence, leverage, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

  • A learner, that is able to comprehend and grow knowledge of high-tech B2B trends, complex products and messaging.

  • Deep analytical skillset to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs.

  • Enterprise Software and/or SaaS experience is preferred.

  • 5+ years of B2B campaigns, SMB market, or product marketing.

  • Experience in SaaS/ content marketing is a plus.
