Note: This application is for a Poland based position.

Box is the market leader for Cloud Content Management. Our mission is to power how the world works together. Box is partnering with enterprise organizations to accelerate their digital transformation by creating a single platform for secure content management, collaboration and workflow. We have an amazing opportunity to further establish ourselves as leaders in the space, and we need strong advocates to help us achieve that goal.

Today, Box powers over 100,000 businesses, including 69% of the Fortune 500 who trust Box to manage their content in the cloud. Our Warsaw office is an incredibly exciting addition to our EMEA expansion. We're already in London, France, and Germany, and the new Poland location will act as a global engineering and product development hub alongside our headquarters in Redwood City, California.

  • We will be building the completely new product area to build extensive capabilities to address our customer's eDiscovery and data privacy needs. You will have a chance to build new features from the beginning.

    • eDiscovery - organizations need eDiscovery tools to fulfill legal requirements / to be used in litigation cases. This is something that companies spend billions of dollars on every year (see this for an estimate of cost in 2020, which puts the eDiscovery ONLY part of litigation cases to be around $50 billion annually. Right now a lot of eDiscovery is done manually, and there's not many tools that exist today to facilitate eDiscovery

    • Data privacy - regulations like GDPR and CCPA require corporations to respond to requests for personally identifiable information (PII) within a specified time frame. Organizations need a way to search for PII and take action on that.

  • Discover has the potential to be the next highest grossing add-on Product for Box. There’s a huge market and demand for this from our customers. This is a rare opportunity to be able to build and grow a product from the beginning.
