- Hire, train, and manage a team of Enterprise Field Account Executives
- Develop AEs for career growth within the Box Sales organization
- Actively participate in customer on-sites, calls, and meetings
- Report on sales metrics and forecast to Senior Sales Management
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Actively use salesforce.com to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years closing experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
- Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management
- Excellent communication, business acumen organizational and time management skills
- Robust Salesforce.com analysis and reporting and forecasting skillset
- Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
