Executive Recruiting is a growing, close-knit team rooted in an agile and hard-working mindset and modeled after an executive search firm. We operate in a fast-paced environment, where each member displays considerable ownership so that his/her impact can be felt throughout the team and the broader organization. This position reports the Sr. Director, Executive Recruiting and G&A Recruiting and serves as a key member of her team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Finding the best executive product and engineering talent is as challenging as ever. Senior technical leaders are highly paid, are very happy with their current role, or have found stability. So the opportunity for impact is real. In order to develop the best products for our customers, we are hiring a Sr. Executive Recruiting Sourcer who can hit the ground running by prioritizing difficult searches, learning the talent ecosystems, and building meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The primary responsibilities will be developing and managing a strong, consistent pipeline of product and engineering leadership talent, both for current searches as well as succession planning, talent community building and networking. The Sr. Executive Recruiting Sourcer will be expected to bring fresh and creative approaches to research / sourcing and to collaborate with team members on improving our best practices and processes.
WHO YOU ARE
You have 8+ years of research / sourcing experience either from a reputable executive search firm or human capital firm or from an in house role and a passion for research / sourcing/ talent intelligence
You love talking about technology and can identify which product and engineering executives are still "technical"
You are deeply curious about business and keep tabs on industry trends and data and are motivated by finding out everything you can about a specific talent community / industry
You understand the current cloud technology landscape and how to translate this into finding product and engineering executives who have a proven track record
You are creative and able to grasp new concepts quickly and show agility in your partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
You are well versed in using the latest tools and ideally have experience working with CRMs (we use Thrive)
You enjoy teaching others and leading initiatives for training and development
You are a great communicator and excellent at networking
You have a team first attitude and value working collaboratively
You are mature and have good judgment as we work with confidential information and support critical hiring initiatives
