We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Head of EMEA MarketingWorking alongside other go-to-market stakeholders and partners, you will drive pipeline build and management in the Southern region (focus on France).


  • Develop and execute a full year balanced plan of programs, and events that educate, engage and inspire the target audience to increase awareness and drive demand in the Southern region (focus on France)

  • Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of an exceptional event experience (physical, hybrid and online) in all phases of the event, including pre- and post-event activities & execution.

  • Own regional customer advocacy; manage customer references in partnership with the EMEA Customer Marketing Manager, and drive the EMEA customer engagement, expansion and retention programs into your local market.

  • Enable and develop a Marketing Specialist, who will report to you directly. 

  • Play an active role in optimising the local web experience, ensuring Box.com can successfully underpin your campaign and programs in market.

  • Support Campaigns and Digital Marketing teams to drive impactful digital marketing campaigns in the region

  • Build close partnership with go to market stakeholders, sales, inside sales, and customer success at the leadership and team level.



  • Core skill set in regional / field marketing (min. 3-5 years experience)

  • Proficient in French and English

  • Ideally based in the Paris region, but we are open to consider a remote role for the right candidate

  • SaaS / cloud B2B experience is preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, strategic and analytical capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools)

  • Data driven, comfortable interpreting and analysing performance results.

  • Dogged determination to meet your objectives, understanding how to prioritise the mission critical goals from general desires.
