Field Marketing Manager

Box Japan is looking for a Japan field Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaign strategy and executions in Japan market.  Box is growing fast. Real fast. In this role, you will focus on driving the lead generation programs as a main role by conducting integrated marketing campaign actives (offline and online) working with other team members. This role will work with sales teams and strategic partners, internal/external stakeholders.  



  • Demand generation: plan and execute demand generation and lead progression events, seminars, and other marketing programs.  Give prospects awareness and turn them to MQL to generate marketing sourced leads and progress them to pipelines with the stakeholders that is not only marketing but other departments. 
  • Drive an integrated campaign for the demand generation by yourself and work with the team. 
  • Understanding the marketing funnel or “AISAS.” 
  • Working with Digital/Inbound marketing and Product marketing to drive the programs and to accelerate marketing sourced pipelines. 
  • Branding (Thought Leadership): looking for speaking, sponsoring, and any other opportunities, to support building Box's positioning in Cloud Contents Management market. The opportunities include trade show, third party event, partner event, and any other opportunities.  
  • We expect you to manage a field marketing team early on in your career. 



  • BA/BS required.  
  • 10+ years in marketing 
  • Experience in a management position. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Candidates need to have logical thinking, analytic view and take data-oriented approach.  
  • Team-work oriented and a positive, self-starter and generate own tasks 
  • Innovative thinker and having hospitality. 
  • Must have the experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience using FSA and Marketing Automation (SFDC and HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is required. 
  • Experience of people management and coaching is required. 
  • Experience in digital marketing is plus. 
  • Experience of driving community is plus. 
  • Experience with partner marketing (ISV and channel) and channel business is plus. 
  • Written and spoken fluency in English.
