The Campaign Manager is responsible for constructing a multi-channel integrated campaigns that can scale and drive growth across activation channels to align with revenue goals. This leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign requirements based on customer needs. And ability to track results and apply learnings to future programs.
Oversee the development of the integrated campaign strategy, go-to-market plan, and investment recommendations to meet pipeline targets.
Lead a cross-functional team to identify target audience, develop, test and refine the overall story, messaging and content strategy.
Own the campaign content roadmap, production schedule and processes. Recommend and oversee the substance, format, production, design, and distribution of videos, e-books, white papers, infographics, and more.
Recommend, engage and oversee third-party publishers, analysts, and external writers to produce content that aligns with campaign messages.
Perform campaign content audit and gap analyses, combined with performance metrics to ensure engagement, messaging alignment, consistency, and quality.
Orchestrate the execution of the marketing campaign plan by partnering closely with key functional teams, including inbound, outbound, regional marketing, and PR/AR.
Provide guidance to media manager on program spend, vendor selection and promotional content.
Provide recommendations on email and webinar topics and audience segmentation.
Partner with the segment leaders and product marketing to provide campaign sales assets and trainings that will accelerate lead to pipeline creation.
Oversee and track campaign funnel performance and adjust programs to exceed pipeline targets.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience creating, executing, and leading global corporate marketing initiatives in the high-tech industry.
Strategic thinker with the ability to build creative marketing campaigns combined with the operational know-how to ensure excellence in execution
Demonstrated track record of working in highly matrixed and collaborative environment with strong capability to drive influence and impact.
Experience managing-up to executive leadership gaining alignment and consensus on program priorities, narratives and deliverables. Ability to form teams and manage direct reports.
