  • You have 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a passion and emphasis on sourcing. 
  • You love talking about technology and are well versed screening engineering candidates. 
  • You understand the tech landscape and how to translate this into finding awesome engineers. 
  • You take a data driven approach to tracking recruiting pipeline. 
  • You are well versed with Applicant Tracking Systems. 
  • You enjoy getting involved in recruiting initiatives to solve recruiting challenges.  
  • You are comfortable communicating and working directly with hiring managers. 
  • You care about your candidates and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their experience is a good one. 
  • You know how to multitask and can juggle various recruiting priorities given the right guidance.
