Box is looking for a Sr. Web Producer to join the Digital Marketing team. This individual will join a high-performing, dynamic team responsible for creating an awesome end-to-end web visitor experience that delights our visitors and delivers on company objectives. We’re looking for an experienced technical web producer who’s passionate about UX, interactive web design and web technology, and who can effectively balance the needs of the user while optimizing for conversion.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing maintenance and updating of the marketing website, incl. localized websites
Partner with global business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives, set expectations,and develop web executions that achieve business goals
Create engaging web experiences using state-of-the-art front-end technologies
Work collaboratively with visual designers to conceptualize interactive designs for website
Partner with back-end developers to ensure optimal page performance, integration with marketing automation and CRM systems, and compliance with security requirements
Create and execute A/B and multivariate tests
Build and test interactive prototypes, including rapid iteration based on input and testing results
Monitor and analyze site metrics for content experience and overall site performance
Participate in planning and testing of changes to site information architecture
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in hands-on web production for multi-language B2B marketing websites
Experience with translation/localization software and workflows
Experience managing translation vendors
Experience with all aspects of UX design from aesthetics and page layout to information architecture, visual hierarchy and process flow for mobile and desktop interactions
Strong understanding of responsive design
Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks quickly and accurately, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in applying user research, user needs validation and usability evaluation and testing
Experience with conversion testing and landing page/funnel optimization
Deep understanding of website user experience best practices
Passion for the latest trends in website user experience paradigms and technologies
Experience with using A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
Experience with Drupal or similar content management system
