Role 
 
The partner enablement manager is responsible for driving partner pipeline through enablement programs for Box's key strategic partners.  He/She will ensure partner sales and technical teams understand Box's value proposition as a Cloud Content Management solution and have the knowledge and skills they need to identify opportunities and sell Box. 
 
This is a critical role on the Partners team, and you will be required to have a good mix of abilities that include: the ability to understand and explain multiple products’ value propositions and integration capabilities, an ability to be a persuasive public speaker and product expert, and a desire to drive significant growth in our business.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Proactively design and execute training and enablement programs to advance the product knowledge of Box's strategic partners
  • Execute and facilitate training sessions on Box use cases, success stories, and product offerings
  • "Sell" partner sales and technical teams on the value Box brings to customers 
  • Develop and maintain training courses and collateral 
  • Support partner pipeline generation activities through product discussions, use case identification, hands on demonstrations and architectural diagrams
  • Build peer support and relationships amongst our partner sales teams and leadership to drive continuous awareness and engagement
  • Develop success metrics, collect, and report data on enablement outcomes
  • Advocate for partner solutions within the Box sales and SE community
 
Experience and Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in pre or post sales role 
  • Experience working with partners or in sales enablement a plus 
  • Exemplary presentation skills and a passion for facilitating enablement and account planning discussions
  • A deep understanding of the  ECM and CCM solutions and technologies 
  • Execution oriented with the ability to work around obstacles, accomplish tasks, and drive decisions 
  • Ability to operate with little oversight and to drive excitement and consensus across variety of teams across Box partners
  • Proven track record of success
  • Bachelors degree required. (advanced degree a plus) 
  • Ability to travel as the role requires
