We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented team member to support our rapidly growing operation as an Accounts Payable Analyst. This position will interact with all operational departments to gather relevant information to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and increased visibility into our business.

* Please note that this position is based at our Manhattan head-office (hybrid model – at least 2 days in the office). *

You will:

3-way match basic inventory invoices to proper purchase orders
Code all non-inventory invoices to GL accounts provided by the accounting team as needed/backup
Perform all accounts payable duties including researching and resolving invoice discrepancies, tracking credit memos
Upload NSID’s into NetSuite for Category Managers
Perform ad hoc projects as needed
Respond to vendor requests and inquiries regarding invoice discrepancies
Assist with streamlining and continuously improving the processes and internal controls and maintain organized records.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable function (preferably in an e-Commerce or Retail environment)
Strong knowledge of GAAP principals and financial controls
Comfortable using standard and proprietary finance and inventory software platforms (NetSuite preferred)
Organized and efficient in completing daily tasks
Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of personal and professional ethics and integrity.
