Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative, creative, and driven Associate Vice President of Marketing to join our quickly growing Business Development team and take our marketing to the next level. This new role will report into the Senior Vice President of Business Development, and will own our marketing plan and execution of its vision from the ground up, which includes an optimized mix of channels and tactics to deliver maximum ROI, as well as develop digital strategies to reach target audiences and drive prospects through the marketing funnel.

 

On a day to day basis, this role will own several key projects that focus on driving brand awareness and generating leads for potential new business opportunities. Responsibilities for the Associate Vice President of Marketing include:

  • Designing and executing a marketing plan that encompasses a variety of tactics, including: content development, account-based marketing, email marketing, PR, digital advertising and events. 
  • Reviewing internal and external collateral materials, proofreading content, ensuring appropriate branding, and approving materials for final distribution.
  • Executing, deploying, and monitoring campaigns as well as analyzing campaign performance metrics and identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns across channels (e.g., email, social, SEO, website, etc.).
    Continuously improving processes and effectiveness in real-time whenever possible and benchmark-setting.
  • Effectively measuring progress towards funnel metrics, penetration of target accounts, and optimizing efforts to achieve goals.
  • Engagement with our brand marketing efforts, ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across channels and activities
  • Alignment with the Business Development team, helping them better target and market to accounts in a productive and effective way.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant marketing & branding experience, preferably in a professional services environment or the Commercial Real Estate industry
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can play a critical role in the on-going growth of a ground-breaking, real estate technology transaction platform
  • Strong analytical abilities & customer service focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter mentality and experience taking ownership of projects with limited direction
  • Ability to thrive in a low-ego, highly-collaborative work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to execute on multiple projects with overlapping timelines
