We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Enablement Manager to join our team. The Revenue Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in equipping our sales and customer experience (CX) teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies and initiatives. As well as onboard new hires across the revenue organization on our sales tactics and tools. 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the sales and CX teams in achieving their revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Host weekly enablement sessions for different revenue teams.  
  • Create and curate sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations, that effectively communicates the value proposition of Boulevards solution. 
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales and CX teams, and develop tailored training programs to address these gaps.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars on product features, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, and objection handling.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including win rates, sales cycle length, and quota attainment, to identify areas for improvement and inform sales enablement priorities.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing messaging, content, and campaigns, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing assets in driving sales opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing development of sales and CX team members by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Utilize tools and AI capabilities for data and detail driven decisions making on focus areas for enablement 

What You’ll Need To Thrive:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales enablement, sales operations, project management or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in sales enablement practices.

How We’ll Take Care Of You:  

Your starting budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $88,550 and $126,500, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This total compensation range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
