The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Portsmouth, NH.
The Client Success Digital Marketing Specialist works with the Paymode-X Customer Success team to support payer program growth through digital outreach execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist executes Payer and Vendor communications leveraging various digital marketing tools. This role will be cross-collaborative with other Paymode-X teams, including but not limited to Vendor Enrollment and Marketing to drive client success by building their payment network on Paymode-X.
How you'll contribute
- Be an integral part of the Customer Success team and partner with our Go-to-Market Marketing team to execute Pardot email communications for large-scale integrated Marketing campaigns.
- Interpret and report on campaign outreach results and KPI’s, identifying and presenting gaps and opportunities.
- Partner with our Creative team to build customized email templates, incorporate dynamic content, and report on engagement metrics.
- Support development of digital outreach automation best practices
- Cleanse and mine data lists with data cleansing tools (ZoomInfo, Informatica, etc).
- Partner with team to build out weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience executing large scale campaign efforts, including but not limited to: email campaigning, marketing automation (CRM) management, and leveraging analytical platforms to build out a story.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools with an emphasis on how to navigate and build efficiencies, leverage workflows, and develop automation best practices.
- Strong Pardot and Salesforce experience preferred (Marketo, Hubspot, etc. are acceptable)
- Basic excel skills required (VLOOKUP, linear graph builds, etc).
- Energetic, hands-on, and self-driven professional who can execute with direction and can work with multiple teams at once to help drive revenue-focused digital marketing
- Rational thinker, who maintains a positive and creative mindset when faced with adversity and ability to think on your feet when assigned to fast-paced projects.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, ability to know your audience and speak to that audience in the proper cadence
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Analytics, etc. or higher preferred
