Summary

This is a junior role within the Contracts Team. You will be providing administrative support to the Contracts Team which is part of the Legal Team.

This is a FTC role for 10 months

 

Responsibilities                                                                                                                            

  • Administrative support to FM Client Care
  • Administration of FMA contract log
  • Preparation and issue of standard form:
    • Addenda
    • Novation
    • NDA
    • Partner Agreements
  • SalesForce based quote approvals
  • Central Records Maintenance

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • FM Client Care & FMA teams fully supported on contract renewals, quote approvals and resolution of issues
  • Timely and accurate response to tasks
  • Thorough and detailed record keeping 

 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in software/technology based contractual administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of working cross functionally with other business departments
  • Must be comfortable working independently with conflicting deadlines in a fast paced environment
