We are looking for Enrollment Specialist to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH.
Our Paymode- X Vendor Enrollments team, is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delighting customers and contributing to the growth of the largest electronic payment settlement network, Paymode-X. Enrollment Specialists work directly with potential clients to enroll them in the service by presenting the benefits and values of the Paymode-X payment settlement network. This is an entry level position with great growth potential for highly energetic and motivated individuals who want to join a dynamic team that shares their passion about sales and driving business forward.
How you’ll contribute:
Converting warm Vendor leads to enrollments via both inbound and outbound phone calls.
Assisting Vendors with questions related to the enrollment process.
Effectively educating Vendors on the various benefits of the Paymode-X service to drive enrollment and long term commitment to the Paymode-X network.
Present product value propositions in a concise and understandable manner for an audience that includes varying levels of financial services expertise.
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all enrollment activities.
Develops strong relationships with other teams to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and process.
Has the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and possess superior organization and time management skills.
Maintain a laser focus on improving oneself and finding innovative ways to continually increase performance.
