We seek a Customer Support Specialist to handle escalations promptly and foster customer satisfaction.

This role offers rapid personal growth within a collaborative team environment.

🔥 What you'll do:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer support queries via various channels.
  • Manage support tickets efficiently and enhance the customer journey.
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction and troubleshoot product-related incidents.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Educate customers on utilising Borderless products effectively.

👩‍💻 What you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer situations.
  • Enthusiastic about helping customers and ensuring their success.

👩‍💻 Nice to have:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
