About Booster

Booster has redesigned the infrastructure required to deliver gas to commercial fleets and consumers by replacing the gas station with mobile delivery. Park your car or truck, push a button, and get fuel delivered while you’re away. We use proprietary hardware and software to reinvent the gas delivery supply chain while creating an experience that is faster, better, lower cost, and far more enjoyable than the gas station. About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join our growing team as a Talent Sourcer, focusing on supporting the Recruiting team to find ways to help fill the pipeline with qualified candidates. You will bring with you previous experience in identifying potential candidates through the use of web based searches, candidate referrals, networking, cold calling which will allow you to hit the ground running to quickly become an integral part of this high performing team. This role will report directly to the Vice President of People & Culture.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to determine the specific needs for open positions and identify most critical information required

  • Create and employ innovative search techniques to find candidates using multiple resources, for example web searches, social media, networking, cold calling, etc.

  • Learn and have a good understanding of our business and culture

  • Help coordinate scheduling when needed

  • Assist in additional tasks as needed

What You Should Already Know

  • 2+ years experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably working with a diverse workforce

  • Self-driven. You have a go-getter attitude, exceptional organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks

  • Adaptable to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment

  • Passionate about being part of an extraordinary team

  • A desire to "seek", "dig", "hunt" and of course, network

  • Value working as a team to help us all succeed

  • Ability to build strong relationships within our organization

  • Experience using Google Mail and Apps

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and finding ways to create solutions
