Boosted Commerce (founded in 2020) is a CPG platform focused on accelerating the growth of beloved consumer brands. We do this by acquiring, investing in, and growing third party seller businesses (mainly FBA based) and through original product development across verticals that we believe offer exceptional opportunity. Over the next twelve months, Boosted will acquire dozens of seller businesses and launch a similar number of original products. The founding team has raised significant funding to acquire and build a diversified portfolio of brands on the world’s most dominant e-commerce platform, Amazon.

With e-commerce revenue of over $250 billion annually representing over 50% of total sales on the internet, Amazon products are being sold at scale across every possible consumer category. Amazon’s marketplace of third-party sellers accounts for 58% of all Amazon e-commerce sales with over 1 million sellers on the platform.

With the goal of acquiring 100 third-party sellers businesses over the next five years, Boosted is in need of a top team of qualified and passionate contributors. To help us continue our growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our highly skilled team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a quickly growing team and make a meaningful impact on the business with analysis and keen insights. You will have the chance to build processes to guide sustained and profitable growth including launching a new forecasting platform. You will be reporting to the Director of FP&A and be supporting all different teams across the company. The ideal candidate not only has experience multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment but is also a proactive individual who takes the necessary initiative to support the senior leadership team and is comfortable engaging in complex, broad analyses.


  • Prepare presentations and analysis for executive business reviews
  • Work with key stakeholders across the company to determine KPIs and investment frameworks, create financial models to track them, and drive improvements
  • Performing variance analysis against budgets
  • Track P&L’s of brands and recommend improvements for growth and profitability
  • Prepare management views of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows)
  • Implement and maintain a new FP&A forecasting system (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Vena, etc.)
  • Participate in the formulation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Provide support to the Accounting team for Financial Close
  • Maintain Finance team repository of best practices, processes, and end-user guides
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as required


We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Financial reporting, planning and forecasting skillset
  • Experience with financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • FP&A system implementation knowledge (e.g., Vena, Anaplan, etc.) 
  • Financial statement analysis
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Structured problem-solving mentality
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented with emphasis on ensuring data and numbers are accurate and precise
  • A deep desire to learn new things and acquire new skills while working for a company with a massive market opportunity 
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and self-motivation skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
  • The ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment: you are resourceful and can think outside the box in the pursuit of business objectives
  • Experience working in the Amazon ecosystem or other similar, e-commerce experience
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work in an environment that values transparency and direct feedback
  • An excellent sense of humor


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or an equivalent major
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Public Accounting, or similar role
  • MBA / CFA / CPA is a plus
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience in e-commerce, management consulting and/or investing banking a plus 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • SQL/VBA is a plus
  • Experience with ERP or FP&A systems is a plus
  • Solid references requested
