The Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiting Manager will be a key member of the People team and will build the recruiting capability within the People function. You will be partnering with all hiring managers across the organization and be the key contact for all sourcing and bringing on talent. The role is critical to the company’s growth to achieve specific business results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Talent Acquisition / recruiting strategy to meet hiring needs
  • Develop overall Talent Acquisition business processes from job creation through to job offer
  • Improve the utilization of our Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) Greenhouse
  • Build Talent Acquisition team
  • Manage, Mentor, Train, and develop Recruiters & Recruiting Coordinators
  • Build trust and rapport with hiring managers and executives
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers in the areas of interviewing and recruiting processes
  • Research and recommend recruiting sources and websites to attract candidates
  • Develop candidate pipelining process for recurring positions
  • Some hands-on recruiting responsibilities
  • Implement recruiting KPIs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must be able to work onsite - Los Angeles, CA
  • 3-5 years experience building and managing a Talent Acquisition team (Corporate Recruiting)
  • 3-5 years experience mentoring, training, and developing Recruiters & Recruiting Coordinators
  • 5+ years experience Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Software Engineering / Development Positions or Marketing / Brand Management Positions
  • Experience creating a company recruiting strategy
  • Ability to analyze current recruiting processes, and identify and implement process improvements
  • 5+ years experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) preferably Greenhouse, and ensure ATS is being utilized to its full potential
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience from creating job descriptions through to job offer
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High sense of urgency

Desired:

  • Ecommerce, B2B, or High Technology experience
  • Experience implementing recruiting KPIs
  • B.S. Degree in Human Resources or Business
