Bonobos is looking for a Senior Manager of eCommerce to help us run our eCommerce channel. This role is responsible for managing the day to day initiatives and drive immediate results for our eCommerce business.

This role is at the core of how Bonobos operates and requires a cross-functional leader who is comfortable working across multiple teams including but not limited to: Product Management, Site Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics, Merchandising and others.

What you will do:

  • Act as a business owner (primarily short to medium term) of digital channels with full synthesis of levers that impact financial and satisfaction outcomes
  • Develop mechanisms to review and plan business from a conversion funnel, category, customer and market point of view
  • Identify ongoing targets for each dimension of the business and integrates product investments and the resulting impact on the business
  • Support the Sr. Director of eCommerce and the Finance department with planning and forecasting of the eCommerce channel
  • Work cross-functionally with members of every part of the organization to ensure broad alignment and action to support initiatives that maximize opportunities and/or course correct on liabilities
  • Drive strategic initiatives that will support the Digital Product team to achieve the short term goals of the eComm channel
  • Partner with Insights and Analytics and Finance/FP&A to create the right level of reporting that the team will need to consume
  • Escalate issues in the channel performance up to the right level to quickly apply corrective measures

  • Have 5-7 years of relevant eCommerce experience
  • Are comfortable consuming large amounts of data and identifying clear opportunities
  • Can comfortably navigate technology driven conversations while maintaining a clear business focus
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to sell ideas and clearly explain concepts
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively to grow company profitability
  • Are familiar with retail and e-commerce trends and best practices
  • Are curious and like to experiment; you’re adaptable and comfortable with change
  • Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling problems
  • Have the willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary
