Bonobos is looking for an Infrastructure Support Technician for our Digital Consumer Brands group who is a technically savvy IT professional with solid hardware and software knowledge, as well as customer service skills/implementation and testing of computer, network systems, applications and new technologies.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Technology for Digital Consumer Brands group, you will support infrastructure for Walmart’s Digitally Native Vertical Brands (DNVBs). This person will facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborate with onsite & remote team members to assist with special projects, complex issues, and rotational 24x7 on-call support. You will also maintain Active Directory domain and user accounts, configure and set up audio and video of meetings, Track and update IT asset inventory and liaise with hardware vendor to resolve equipment or software issues.

As the face of Digital Consumer Brands group IT, you will be involved with assisting with day to day issues with executives and departments across the company.  Your experience, expertise and knowledge will be needed to succeed at this position.

What you'll do...

  • Provide support for both Mac and PC workstations
  • Deploy computers using imaging software (JAMF / SCCM)
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory
  • Administer Google Suite of products
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues
  • Resolve issues for remote users via remote control software
  • Create and track trouble tickets in Service Now helpdesk
  • Provide support for multiple Digital Consumer Brands
  • Keep track of all inventory and assets for Digital Consumer Brands
  • Handle all on-boarding for new hires and off-boarding of employees per PCI/SOX compliance
  • Contribute to on-call rotation as necessary (evening and weekend work may be occasionally required)
  • Setup audio and video for company Town Hall meetings
  • Participate in IT projects and collaborate with team members or by yourself
  • Work with parent company’s IT team (Walmart) with projects and security patching and upgrades to ensure infrastructure is within Walmart’s security and system requirements
  • Work with vendors to resolve system or hardware issues
  • Assist users with office desk moves as necessary
  • Manage E-Waste Recycling and record asset data for bookkeeping
  • Travel to Digital Consumer Brands sites, as well as training and/or industry events


  • Possess a degree in Information Systems or have the equivalent hands-on experience
  • Have a good working knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS X operating systems
  • Have good written and oral communication skills
  • Are able to make sound judgement under pressure
  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills and documentation capabilities
  • Are knowledgeable with Google Suite Enterprise and Admin Console
  • Are able to administer and manage Slack communication tool
  • Can support Zoom conferencing accounts and troubleshoot issues with Cisco codec hardware
  • Are open to new technologies and provide input and feedback
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Are able to work with minimal supervision, and can manager and prioritize tasks and assignments
  • Have the ability to lead projects and assignments when needed
  • Are able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform minor facilities functions (such as moving furniture, desks, etc.)
  • Are able to repair basic hardware (Dell & Apple hard drives, memory, diagnostic skills, etc.)
