What You’ll Be Doing

BondLink is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager with experience in all facets of the employee lifecycle to drive our human resources function. With the recent close of our Series B fundraising, we are focused on growth and looking for a HR professional with proven success managing recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, policy development and contributing directly to maintaining our strong company culture. As our Human Resources Manager you will: 

  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy
  • Serve as a consultant to management by listening to issues and concerns, providing support and guidance and making recommendations for resolutions as needed 
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes: sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees 
  • Provide advice and counsel to employees and managers to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and promote an ethical work environment
  • Using education, consultation and coaching, provide HR expertise to managers on performance management and employee development
  • Uphold and strengthen our Core Values: Innovation, Collaboration, Ownership Mentality, Client Focused and Civic Minded 
  • Manage the benefits renewal process and ensure best allocation of company resources 
  • Promote a culture of learning and development by managing the continuation of our Learning Allowance program, mandatory Harassment Prevention trainings and supporting the professional development of the entire organization 
  • Support our commitment to be a diverse and inclusive workforce by actively assessing our hiring practices, policies and trainings as an organization

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience serving as a Human Resource Generalist 
  • Experience and success recruiting for high growth phase 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with HR related concentration
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or comparable certification
  • Relevant experience within a start-up, software or tech industry 
  • Experience with BambooHR, Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable systems preferred
