About the role

Your daily adventures will include:

Own campaign spending decisions for your assigned markets and optimising such decisions to help the country team reach their growth targets
Wrangle complex data-sets to come up with testing hypotheses, setting up A/B tests (and other experiments) and analysing results using statistical techniques in order to guide your decision making
Proactively working together with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations and local teams to drive collaboration and get the most out of our investments
Identify valuable opportunities in the team and contribute to global campaigns team playbook, processes and product requests

About you:

BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
At least 4 years experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data, Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy and/or on-demand is a plus
Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing
Amazing SQL and Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a plus
Experience with some BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker
Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Fluent in English

The Bolt's Tallinn hub is our largest office and is home to the majority of our management and senior leaders. The hub hosts teams from all business functions, including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering. Our working space in Tallinn covers three buildings. The offices are divided into individual workstations, team spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas. Our office complex is located close to the city center in Veerenni, and the hub is well-connected by public transport.
