We are looking for a Customer Support Training Team Lead, who will be responsible of managing the team and setting Training Leads up for success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a team of 5-10 Training Leads across multiple locations
  • Manage individual and team performance
  • Set up an efficient team structure for long-term success
  • Facilitate onboarding for new Training Leads
  • Manage resource allocation within the team
  • Mentor and teach Training Leads to make sure their skills are top notch
  • Lead by example and promote the company values amongst Training Leads and beyond
  • Identify knowledge gaps amongst customer support specialists globally and find the best approach to overcome them
  • Work on achieving and maintaining high-quality customer support
  • Contribute and share ideas to improve the speed of Bolt’s customer support
  • Mentor and facilitate/support the training and onboarding of new customer support staff per need
  • Mentor and teach Customer Support Specialists per need to achieve and maintain best in class customer support standards
  • Perform other tasks connected with work and deriving from the nature of the work.

Requirements

  • Understand what outstanding self-help is and be ready to go the extra mile
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills; any other language is a plus
  • Be passionate about sharing knowledge in an innovative and engaging way
  • Experienced in teaching, training or coaching
  • Be always ready to put customers first, be passionate about helping others
  • Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • Be passionate about new technologies and ridesharing
