To be our next Social Media Coordinator, we want to know if you have what it takes! 

We are looking to add a dynamic social media coordinator to our amazing team! If you are passionate about building brand awareness and savvy in implementing existing and new marketing strategies that are focused to increase engagement and leads, keep reading!.

Doesn’t that sound cool? To give some specifics as to what you’ll be doing, check these out: 

  • Create and maintain content calendars for multiple BNG brands
  • Source, create, schedule and publish engaging content and graphics
  • Build and foster organic followings
  • Increase engagement, traffic and conversions across multiple social media platforms
  • Interact with the audiences and take initiative with replying to comments expediently
  • Compile and analyze data utilizing Sprout Social
  • Ensure social branding and voice are consistent with brand standards
  • Collaborate with brand and project managers on social media strategies and initiatives
  • Work within the Asana platform to track tasks and communicate status updates
  • Continuous active involvement in keeping current with social media trends and marketing best practices

Still gotcha hooked? Here are the amazing skills and qualifications we are looking for our Social Media Coordinator to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing, OR
  • 3-5 years consistent experience in Social Media Marketing
  • B2B experience is a must
  • Background in successfully building a following from the ‘ground up’ on multiple social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Good ability to differentiate and communicate the tone and voice for multiple brands • Background working with Sprout Social a plus!
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • Excellent prioritization an organization skills
  • Versed in working within the Wistia platform
  • Good visual design expertise and experience with Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret Google Analytics
  • PR / Communications experience a plus!
  • Positive attitude, growth mindset and achievement focused
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, dedicated, and dependable self-starter who is focused on upholding the standards of excellence as set forth
  • Strong creative problem-solving and research skills
